  Our in-house rig installing Micro piles for a residential home on a steep slope. The installation went through loose and weathered rock until reaching stable bedrock, transforming an otherwise unusable lot into a safe and buildable site with a beautiful, secure home.

   Example of the value of in-house engineering. During installation, soil conditions required additional piles to ensure stability and safety. Our engineering team was on-site to quickly review, redesign, and add the required piles in under an hour — preventing what could have been catastrophic consequences if piles were installed without proper engineering oversight.

   Underpinning piles installed to stabilize a house that experienced severe settlement. The foundation was underlain by swelling clay to depths of 8–10 feet, so our piles were driven as deep as 40 feet to reach stable ground and provide a permanent solution.

Underpinning piles used to stabilize and lift a cabin by 10 inches, raising it above the designated flood level.
