Our engineering team was on-site to quickly review, redesign, and add the required piles in under an hour — preventing what could have been catastrophic consequences if piles were installed without proper engineering oversight.

   Underpinning piles installed to stabilize a house that experienced severe settlement. The foundation was underlain by swelling clay to depths of 8–10 feet, so our piles were driven as deep as 40 feet to reach stable ground and provide a permanent solution.

Step 1 – Engineering Assessment
We inspect the damage, calculate loads, and design the pile system.

Step 2 – Excavation & Preparation
The contractor exposes the footing so piles can be installed.

Step 3 – Helical Pile Installation
Each pile is twisted into the ground until it reaches firm bearing layers.

Step 4 – Secure with Steel Brackets
The piles are attached directly to the foundation for permanent support.

Final Result
Your foundation is stable, level, and protected for years to come.
